- •Coastal Community Bank is seeking a Loan Servicing Representative I to join their credit department.
- •This role involves supporting loan documentation, inputting and tracking issues, and assisting processors with credit duties.
- •It's a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days per week at the Silver Lake Branch.
- •Key Responsibilities Calculate and process loan payoffs and release collateral.
- •Process participation advances, payments, payoffs, and wires.
- •Handle daily incoming mail, scanning, filing, and exception updates.
- •Serve as a customer service representative for loan-related inquiries.
- •Balance Loan Servicing GLs daily and monthly.
- •Requirements Proven effective verbal and written communication skills.
- •Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- •PC experience navigating in a Windows environment and using multiple applications.
- •Prior experience with personal computers and Windows-based software and Excel spreadsheets.
- •Cooperative, professional attitude with customers, lenders, and co-workers.
