TL;DR
Hybrid technical leader architecting solutions and building client relationships for enterprise clients.
- •As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) at MadHive, you are a hybrid technical leader operating at the intersection of solution architecture, executive client partnership, and hands-on engineering.
- •You serve as the technical cornerstone for our most strategic enterprise clients.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead technical discovery and whiteboard sessions with enterprise clients to map their business objectives to comprehensive, end-to-end technical architectures.
- •Analyze client legacy systems, data landscapes, and operational bottlenecks, designing solutions that seamlessly embed MadHive’s platform into their existing ecosystem.
- •Serve as the primary technical face of MadHive for your assigned clients, building deep relationships with stakeholders ranging from AdOps managers to CTOs.
- •Synthesize technical learnings and collaborate with Product & Core Engineering to translate solutions into scalable core platform features.
- •Build functional prototypes, automation scripts, and lightweight tooling to accelerate onboarding and prove technical feasibility.
- •Requirements 4+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role such as Solutions Architecture, Forward Deployed Engineering, Technical Consulting, or high-level Sales Engineering.
- •Deep understanding of enterprise systems integration, AdTech integrations and value propositions, and complex data workflows.
- •Advanced SQL & Data Wrangler skills, comfort navigating and manipulating massive datasets, and 3-5 years of adtech/programmatic experience.
- •Proficiency with API, AI, and martech ecosystem integrations, with the ability to solution and prototype integrations.
- •Exceptional communication skills and high EQ, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and debate technical details with developers.
