- •Mach Industries is a defense technology company developing next-generation autonomous defense platforms.
- •We are seeking an Air Vehicle Design Engineer to contribute to the design of unmanned aircraft and missile systems.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop overall vehicle configurations from mission and system requirements.
- •Create and maintain detailed CAD models, including vehicle outer mold line (OML), internal packaging, and major assemblies.
- •Evaluate design trades involving aerodynamic performance, weight, manufacturability, and subsystem integration.
- •Collaborate closely with aerodynamics, propulsion, structures, and manufacturing teams.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience designing aircraft, missiles, or unmanned systems.
- •Experience performing conceptual vehicle sizing or preliminary aircraft/missile design.
- •Proficiency with NX, CATIA, Creo, or equivalent CAD software.
- •Understanding of aircraft or missile geometry, packaging, and multidisciplinary design tradeoffs.
