- •Lyric is hiring a Customer Success Business Partner to lead technical customer engagement in India.
- •Key Responsibilities Own technical workstreams within strategic accounts, focusing on AI and ML-driven predictions.
- •Lead integrated ML-led workflows and build models hands-on.
- •Translate complex ML concepts into business narratives for executives.
- •Build and lead a team of predictions practitioners in India.
- •Partner with US/EMEA CSBPs for cross-regional account planning.
- •Requirements 15+ years of experience in supply chain data science or ML engineering.
- •Deep expertise in applying ML to supply chain prediction use cases.
- •Hands-on proficiency in end-to-end ML workflows.
- •Strong working knowledge of supply chain planning domains.
- •Demonstrated experience leading and developing a team.
