TL;DR

Lead paid social strategy and execution for DTC clients.

•We are seeking a Senior Manager of Paid Social, DTC to lead high-level account strategy and execution across a portfolio of clients while helping elevate team performance and operational consistency across the Paid Social function.
•Key Responsibilities Lead paid social strategy, execution, and optimization across a portfolio of medium to large client accounts, ensuring strong performance against business goals.
•Own client-facing communication for key accounts, including strategic recommendations, performance storytelling, testing plans, and proactive problem-solving.
•Translate high-level growth goals into actionable paid social plans across channels such as Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms.
•Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 4–6+ years of professional experience in paid social, digital marketing, or performance marketing, ideally within an agency environment. 2+ years of professional experience managing and scaling paid social campaigns for DTC and/or e-commerce brands.
