- •Luminai is building an AI-powered platform to automate healthcare operations, freeing up medical professionals to focus on patient care.
- •We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join our Platform team and play a foundational role in designing, implementing, and spearheading core platform development.
- •This role is crucial for enabling organizations worldwide to deploy and scale AI automations in production environments.
- •You will be instrumental in defining, architecting, and improving key system foundations that empower the engineering team and deliver a stellar platform experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and maintain core frameworks, libraries, and shared packages.
- •Own developer experience end-to-end, including local dev environments, build systems, CI/CD, and test infrastructure.
- •Build and maintain tooling for quality assurance, such as linters, formatters, and static analysis.
- •Lead core technical initiatives to set the quality bar in the codebase.
- •Define and scale experimentation, monitoring, reliability, and observability for production systems.
- •Requirements 8+ years as a software engineer, with experience driving zero-to-one projects.
- •Proven track record of shipping high-quality code on complex problems.
- •Experience building internal frameworks, libraries, or developer tooling.
- •Direct experience designing high-performance backend systems in production.
- •Working familiarity with modern infrastructure stacks like Kafka and Kubernetes.
- •Solid grasp of security fundamentals for backend and cloud systems.
