Principal Infrastructure Engineer for cloud, systems, and automation in Noida.
- •PrismHR is seeking a Principal Infrastructure Engineer to join a five-person team responsible for the day-to-day operations of their Azure cloud environment, Windows and Linux systems, and automation and monitoring.
- •This role involves taking ownership of significant initiatives, including upcoming Windows Server 2025 and database version upgrades.
- •Key Responsibilities Own day-to-day infrastructure operations across a small, close-knit team.
- •Design, manage, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure in Azure, including networking, load balancing, and network segmentation.
- •Own disaster recovery readiness, including Azure Site Recovery configuration, testing, and failover.
- •Administer and maintain Windows and Linux systems.
- •Maintain and extend configuration management using Puppet.
- •Manage containerized workloads using Docker, including Docker Swarm.
- •Support and improve monitoring using Zabbix and Grafana.
- •Take ownership of major initiatives like Windows Server 2025 and database version upgrades.
- •Requirements Clear, direct communication and sustained engagement.
- •Strong Azure cloud infrastructure experience, including networking, load balancing, and segmentation.
- •Disaster recovery experience, ideally with Azure Site Recovery.
- •Strong systems administration skills across Windows and Linux.
- •Puppet experience.
- •Strong Docker experience, particularly with Docker Swarm.
- •Monitoring experience with Zabbix and Grafana.
- •Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
- •Comfort owning significant initiatives independently.
