- •LumApps is seeking a Senior Strategic Program Manager to lead complex enterprise programs across the customer lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor to global enterprise customers and ensuring measurable business outcomes.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and lead strategic program plans, including success metrics and governance structures.
- •Oversee the full lifecycle of complex engagements from pre-sales to long-term value delivery.
- •Act as the voice of the customer, informing internal strategy and product direction.
- •Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including Senior Leaders.
- •Requirements 8+ years of experience managing complex projects and accounts.
- •Experience working with enterprise customers.
- •Fluency in French and English.
- •Strong business acumen and value orientation.
