Manage Lumafield's field and event marketing programs, including trade shows and company-hosted events.
- •Lumafield is seeking a Field & Events Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of events that showcase Lumafield to customers, prospects, industry leaders, and the media.
- •This role will manage Lumafield's presence at major industry trade shows and create events that build brand reputation and generate opportunities.
- •Key Responsibilities Own Lumafield’s calendar of trade shows, conferences, field programs, and company-hosted events.
- •Lead major trade shows from beginning to end, including budget, booth design, staffing, and onsite execution.
- •Develop creative concepts and experiences to make Lumafield stand out and provide memorable understanding of the technology.
- •Build an events program beyond trade shows, including executive roundtables, customer events, and partner programs.
- •Treat events as integrated marketing campaigns, partnering with other marketing functions on promotion, programming, and follow-up.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience managing marketing events, field marketing programs, or a closely related function.
- •Proven experience managing complex trade shows or conferences from planning through onsite execution.
- •Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage budgets, deadlines, vendors, and stakeholders.
- •Strategic thinker and hands-on operator, comfortable with both concept development and logistical execution.
- •Creative and curious about the potential of events to contribute to brand, pipeline, customer relationships, and thought leadership.
