  • The Earn Operations & User Growth Manager will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and product growth for Binance Earn products.
  • This role involves planning and executing growth initiatives, exploring partnerships, and ensuring smooth product operations.
  • Key Responsibilities Plan and execute growth initiatives, campaigns, and communications to drive user acquisition, engagement, and product growth for Earn products.
  • Explore and develop collaboration opportunities with token partners to expand product offerings and ecosystem reach.
  • Monitor daily Earn product performance and identify, troubleshoot, and resolve product-related issues.
  • Track, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and growth initiatives.
  • Support the team in managing VIP and institutional clients.
  • Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in operations, growth, product marketing, partnerships, or business development, preferably in crypto, fintech, Tradfi, or internet platforms.
  • Strong understanding of crypto Earn products, TradFi products, DeFi ecosystems, and Lending/Borrowing mechanisms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and user feedback to drive decisions and optimize performance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
