About the role
TL;DR
Lead US warehouse operations, ensuring safety, service, inventory, and financial performance.
- •Lead the Atlanta Distribution Centre and Canadian 3PL operations, driving high-level operational performance across the US region.
- •You will be accountable for safety, service, inventory, financial performance, and people.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead operational performance across regional owned and outsourced warehouses.
- •Manage regional operating and capital budgets, supplier and 3PL relationships.
- •Lead regional warehouse strategy, including network optimisation and site development.
- •Manage, coach, and develop warehousing leadership teams.
- •Partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver operational excellence.
- •Requirements 10+ years of experience leading multi-site warehouse operations.
- •Proven leadership experience in developing high-performing teams.
- •Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- •Strong commercial and financial awareness, including budget management.
- •Experience managing third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
