- •Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor Lio's engineering teams Work with the CTO and Core Engineers to define technical vision, architecture, and product roadmap Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable systems are delivered across all products Implement engineering best practices, processes, and metrics for velocity, quality, and reliability Collaborate with Product, Data, and Customer Success teams to align technical execution with business impact Requirements Extensive experience leading engineering teams in SaaS or enterprise software Deeply technical, able to work hands-on with Core Engineers while setting strategic direction Think end-to-end: from architecture and product design to delivery and operations Thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments and can balance leadership with hands-on coding Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
