About the role
TL;DR
Design, build, and maintain production services and infrastructure for a financial technology company.
- •Lightspark is building modern, open financial infrastructure to make payments accessible, affordable, and instant.
- •We are seeking experienced engineers to help build and scale our production services and infrastructure.
- •Key Responsibilities Design, build, scale, secure, and maintain production services.
- •Write or improve code frameworks for monitoring, logging, and database access.
- •Build and optimize core infrastructure to support new features.
- •Join the on-call rotation and debug complex production issues.
- •Requirements 5+ years of Production / Site Reliability / DevOps Engineering experience.
- •Experience writing high-quality, well-tested code.
- •Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code solutions (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform).
- •Experience programming in high-level languages such as Python is preferred.
- •Openness to relocate to Los Angeles, California, or ability to travel to the LA office monthly while working remotely.
