About the role
TL;DR
Build and own core GTM systems, including forecast engines and AI agents, for a fast-scaling AI company.
- •Level AI is seeking a hands-on Revenue Operations Architect to design and build the core GTM systems for their LLM-native customer experience platform.
- •This is a zero-to-one builder role focused on creating essential infrastructure, not managing existing processes.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and build a forecast and deal engine using Gong and Salesforce data.
- •Develop a deal desk system for pricing guardrails, discount authority, and quote governance.
- •Create territory and quota models, including capacity planning and routing logic.
- •Engineer a signal layer for BDRs and AEs, incorporating product usage and intent data.
- •Architect and ship GTM AI agents for research, sequencing, forecasting, and pipeline briefings.
- •Requirements 6+ years in RevOps, GTM engineering, or sales strategy at high-growth B2B SaaS/AI companies.
- •Proven hands-on experience building forecasts, routing logic, deal-desk rules, dashboards, or GTM automations.
- •Deep fluency in Salesforce and Gong, with strong analytical and systems-design instincts.
- •Comfort building with AI tooling (Claude, agents, LLM-driven workflows).
