- •We're looking for a Head of Product, AI to help shape the future of Leona.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner closely with the founders on product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and overall product direction Help define AI-native user experiences that feel intuitive, trustworthy, and genuinely useful Talk to users constantly to deeply understand pain points, behaviors, and unmet needs Stay deeply plugged into AI research, industry trends, and emergent applications Navigate ambiguity head-on: form hypotheses, test them quickly, and update your approach when the data says you're wrong Requirements 3+ years of product management experience at an early-stage startup Strong grasp of AI products, with experience working on an AI-first product Excellent communication skills, with ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment Strong product judgment, especially around AI-native user experiences
