- •Legora is seeking a Director of Business Operations to own the company's coordination engine during a period of rapid growth.
- •This role will be responsible for the operating model, planning cadence, and business systems that keep the company aligned and moving in the same direction.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the operating model end to end, including direction setting, decision-making frameworks, and alignment across quarterly beats.
- •Design and run business review and planning cadences, including company-wide metric trees and operating rhythms.
- •Define and hold the decision-rights framework, ensuring clarity on ownership and escalation paths.
- •Build and lead the Business Operations team, focusing on operating-model and systems roles.
- •Requirements 15+ years of experience combining analytical rigor with hands-on operating work, including leadership experience.
- •Proven track record running company-wide planning (OKRs, metric trees, operating cadence) at 1000+ people, ideally through hyper-growth.
- •Strong analytics fluency, comfortable owning a metric tree and driving data-informed MBR/QBR cadences using SQL.
- •Experience building structure and processes from scratch, with a bias towards agent-driven solutions.
