TL;DR
Manage projects for a new insurance business unit, focusing on market analysis, customer experience, and process improvement.
- •LegalPlace is launching a new Business Unit dedicated to insurance, aiming to simplify access to insurance for entrepreneurs through a fluid, digital, and efficient experience.
- •We are looking for an Insurance Project Manager to join an existing team and actively participate in structuring and developing this new BU.
- •Key Responsibilities Participate in the steering and monitoring of projects related to the development of our insurance activity.
- •Conduct benchmarks of insurance offers to analyze the market, guarantees, and best practices.
- •Support customer service by responding to requests and contributing to continuous improvement of the customer experience.
- •Participate in the production and monitoring of reporting to measure business performance.
- •Contribute to the implementation and improvement of processes to support the growth of the Business Unit.
- •Requirements Student pursuing a Bac+4/5 degree (ideally Master's in Insurance, Project Management, or equivalent).
- •Rigorous, organized, and capable of managing multiple subjects simultaneously.
- •Proficient with Excel and data analysis.
- •Curious, proactive, and eager to participate in building a new project.
- •Previous knowledge of the insurance sector is a plus.
