About the role
TL;DR
Serve as a clinical advisor to improve patient care and streamline workflows.
- •Join our Customer Success Team to improve patient care by optimizing bed allocation and streamlining the patient journey.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with health systems to improve patient progression and care coordination.
- •Serve as a clinical advisor and subject matter expert to internal and external stakeholders.
- •Lead customer engagements focused on evaluating and optimizing clinical workflows.
- •Support customers in identifying and addressing clinical workflow barriers.
- •Collaborate with customer stakeholders to support adoption of standardized clinical workflows.
- •Requirements RN license and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. 7+ years of experience in inpatient settings preferred.
- •Deep understanding of acute care hospital operations.
- •Data-driven mindset with fluency in healthcare data analysis and performance metrics.
- •Experience working with interdisciplinary teams and healthcare technology.
