- •LeanData is seeking a Senior Vice President, People to partner with the new CEO and E-Team to drive talent strategy, foster a strong culture, and accelerate business growth, including enterprise expansion and AI integration.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with business goals.
- •Build and lead a high-performing, values-driven People function that scales with company growth.
- •Foster a healthy, inclusive culture and empower employees to do their best work.
- •Partner with the CEO and leadership team to build a championship-level organization.
- •Drive change management initiatives related to AI, go-to-market shifts, and innovation.
- •Requirements 10+ years in progressive HR or People leadership roles, with experience in a scaling tech company.
- •Proven success leading People strategy at a company of 50-500 employees.
- •Deep knowledge of HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and DEI best practices.
- •Experience working closely with executive teams and advising at the strategic level.
- •Strong business and strategic mindset, with a passion for people and culture.
