- •Lead a team of engineers building and evolving the technology that powers our eCommerce marketplace.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers.
- •Establish technical direction and ensure engineers make sound architectural and software design decisions.
- •Partner closely with Product Management to define roadmaps and develop delivery plans.

- •Lead the technical planning and execution of complex initiatives.

- •Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading complex initiatives.
- •Deep understanding of modern frontend and backend technologies.
- •Experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, and AWS managed services.
- •Ability to balance product delivery with long-term technical health.
