TL;DR

Build and lead an education-first technical session program for enterprise clients.

•LaunchDarkly is seeking an Enterprise Developer Advocate to establish a new, education-first technical session program within their largest accounts.
•This role involves designing and delivering sessions to educate engineers on LaunchDarkly's capabilities, building internal champions, and identifying expansion opportunities.
•Key Responsibilities Design and build the Enterprise Developer Advocacy program from pilot to repeatable practice.
•Deliver education-first technical sessions tailored to enterprise accounts' stacks and use cases.
•Partner with account teams to identify accounts, develop internal champions, and hand off opportunities.
•Maintain the non-promotional, education-first nature of the sessions.
•Instrument the pilot, produce readouts, and make data-driven recommendations for scaling.
•Requirements Background spanning at least two of: developer advocacy, solutions engineering, developer education, technical marketing.
•Comfortable teaching technical sessions to large engineering audiences and handling challenging questions.
•Hands-on technical credibility with senior engineers.
•Strong operational instincts for running repeatable programs and prioritizing demand.
•Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience.
•Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
