Design and deliver enterprise software for clinical workflows at Latent.
- •Join Latent's growing design function to shape the next generation of clinical AI products powering healthcare.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the full design process from discovery through delivery for core product areas Design complex, multi-user workflows for clinical and operational teams at large health systems Work directly with healthcare customers to understand clinical workflows and pain points Establish design standards and processes that grow with the team Partner closely with engineering on implementation quality and handoffs Requirements Experience designing complex workflows, multi-user systems, and operationally dense software End-to-end ownership of product design and delivery Comfortable with ambiguity and able to drive from problem to shipped product without heavy process or hand-holding Thrives in cross-functional environments and can articulate design decisions clearly Familiarity with healthcare, EHRs, or clinical systems is a plus
