- •Key Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles Partner with hiring managers to design and execute hiring plans Build proactive sourcing strategies and develop repeatable, multi-channel pipelines Manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining a high bar for talent and candidate experience Help improve interview loops, scorecards, and hiring processes Requirements Strong sourcing capabilities and experience building pipelines from scratch 4+ years of full cycle work experience Experience hiring Sales is required; Customer Success, Marketing, and Business Ops a plus Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
