- •At Lapel, our product engineering team owns all product surface areas from ideation to delivery to customers.
- •On this team, you'll own features end-to-end across our entire stack and be expected to bring both product judgment and technical depth to ship things that actually work the way customers need them to.
- •Key Responsibilities Build, ship, and iterate on product features across the full stack Work closely with founders, designers, and customers to define and deliver product experiences Own features end-to-end, from ideation and implementation to deployment and iteration Requirements Have 5+ years of experience building and shipping products Have owned large-scale, enterprise products end-to-end Are comfortable working with APIs, databases, and system design
