About the role
TL;DR
Design marketing creative and optimize user experiences for growth and conversion.
- •Ladders is seeking an experienced designer to own experiences across their website, landing pages, ecommerce flows, lifecycle email journeys, and performance marketing creative.
- •You will combine exceptional design craft with a deep understanding of user behavior, experimentation, and business outcomes.
- •Key Responsibilities Design creative for paid social, display, email, web, ecommerce, and organic social.
- •Develop campaign concepts that work across multiple channels and formats.
- •Create and optimize landing pages, promotional experiences, checkout flows, and paywalls.
- •Produce creative variations for A/B testing.
- •Use performance data and customer insights to improve creative.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in growth, marketing, digital, or performance design.
- •A strong portfolio showing work across multiple marketing channels.
- •Experience designing ads, landing pages, emails, ecommerce flows, and digital campaigns.
- •Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- •Understanding of performance marketing and conversion optimization.
