Responsible for managing rental agreements and site acquisition for telecommunication network objects.
•The role is focused on ensuring the execution of the company's network development plans, including concluding, supervising, and renegotiating rental agreements for network objects.
•The goal is to ensure the current operation and modernization of the company's network objects.
•Key Responsibilities Carrying out the search for sites in accordance with the company's plans for the placement of telecommunication equipment.
•Concluding agreements with contractors for the placement of PRAТ "Kyivstar" equipment.
•Preparing lists, making inquiries, responding to contractors on issues related to objects.
•Carrying out the conclusion of agreements on insurance, expert assessment of network objects.
•Controlling the adherence to rental agreement terms, additional agreements, and ensuring the correct reflection of this data in the Company's information systems.
•Concluding agreements and related documents for the placement of network property in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
•Supervising agreements for the use of non-residential premises by third parties for the installation of telecommunication equipment PRAТ "Kyivstar" (including the supply of electricity).
•Coordinating with management and relevant departments of the company on specific issues arising from the contract, ensuring the preparation of data and argumentation necessary for making informed decisions on such issues.
•Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation, experience in conducting financial projects, knowledge of legislative, legal, and regulatory acts, basics of labor legislation.
•Confident user of PC, MS Office.
•Driving license of category "B", experience driving a car.
