- •Key Responsibilities Scale and tune high-throughput MariaDB clusters.
- •Strengthen high-availability, disaster-recovery, and backup approaches.
- •Build automation to reduce manual operational work and enable self-service database workflows.
- •Improve observability and alert quality across environments.
- •Enhance database security through robust access controls and patching practices.
- •Requirements 5+ years operating MariaDB/MySQL in high-volume production environments.
- •Strong understanding of high-availability patterns and distributed database behavior.
- •Hands-on experience with database proxies or load-balancing layers.
- •Practical experience with CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code workflows.
- •Solid cloud, Linux, and networking fundamentals.
