- •Kota is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to partner with customers, integrate Kota's developer products, and influence the product roadmap.
- •This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with customers' engineering teams to integrate Kota's SDKs and APIs.
- •Translate customer needs into scalable, production-ready solutions.
- •Contribute to Kota's product by building internal tools and reusable code.
- •Act as the technical voice of the customer, shaping features and roadmap decisions.
- •Debug complex issues across multiple systems and APIs.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role.
- •Proficiency in TypeScript, Python, or C#.
- •Comfort working across APIs, SDKs, and data integrations.
- •Experience shipping complex systems in fast-moving environments.
- •Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
