- •Knownwell is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients seeking assistance.
- •This role involves efficiently addressing inquiries, resolving problems, and providing accurate information to ensure patient satisfaction.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage high-volume inbound and outbound patient calls with professional, empathetic support.
- •Schedule, reschedule, and modify patient appointments accurately and efficiently.
- •Conduct proactive outreach to coordinate care recommended by providers.
- •Accurately document all patient interactions within the electronic health record (EHR).
- •Assist new patients with onboarding tasks and monitor service queues.
- •Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in medical scheduling, patient access, or healthcare call center environments.
- •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- •Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
- •Experience working within electronic health record (EHR) platforms.
