- •Key Responsibilities Rapid Discovery & Scoping: Cutting through organizational noise to identify the specific workflows where Kizen’s AI platform will deliver the highest ROI.
- •Platform-Led Sales & Delivery: Transitioning clients from "problem state" to "platform state" by leading the configuration and deployment of automated agents and workflows.
- •Outcome Ownership: Moving beyond milestones to focus on real-world metrics—speed to value, cost reduction, and platform stickiness.
- •Sales Integration: Partnering with Sales and Engineering to ensure our consulting engagements are the ultimate proof-of-value for the Kizen platform.
- •Requirements 10+ years of high-impact experience at a top-tier consultancy or a high-growth SaaS platform.
- •Deep experience in Insurance industry.
- •Proven track record of managing complex client engagements from first meeting to proven value.
- •Ability to take a messy, manual business process and re-architect it into a clean, automated workflow.
- •Executive Presence: The ability to command a room of C-suite stakeholders and pivot from high-level strategy to granular execution.
