- •The Research Operations & AI Enablement Lead will build and scale the operational and AI foundations of the Insight function, enabling the team to move faster and work smarter.
- •This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and enablement within the Global Insights & Strategy team.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and maintain the AI roadmap for the Insight team, focusing on high-value use cases.
- •Plan and run AI pilots, turning proven pilots into standard workflows.
- •Own core team operations including budget, suppliers, and team cadences.
- •Run research operations such as tools, governance, compliance, and recruitment.
- •Requirements Experience in operations, programme management, or research operations, ideally within insights or marketing.
- •Hands-on familiarity with research tools and workflows.
- •Experience managing suppliers, contracts, and budgets.
- •Experience owning or overseeing AI tool adoption and development of AI workflows.
