About the role
TL;DR
Design and launch new auto insurance products and features.
- •Design new insurance products and features, then drive their rollout across new and existing states.
- •This role sits at the intersection of pricing strategy and product development, turning market insight and risk analysis into new coverage options and pricing enhancements.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and develop new insurance products, rules, coverages, and enhancements.
- •Lead state expansion efforts by building and launching pricing models for new states.
- •Own the research and proposal of new products, rules, coverages, and enhancements.
- •Leverage AI and machine learning tools to enhance pricing accuracy and uncover emerging risk patterns.
- •Requirements 5+ years of insurance product development experience; personal auto insurance experience preferred.
- •Demonstrated experience building or launching new insurance products, features, or rating enhancements.
- •Hands-on experience applying AI and machine learning tools to pricing, underwriting, or risk workflows.
- •Strong understanding of regulatory modeling and compliance requirements across multiple states.
