- •Key Responsibilities Coordinate the successful delivery of multiple cross-functional projects aligned with company priorities.
- •Maintain and continuously evolve team roadmaps, milestones, and project timelines.
- •Drive agile and scrum practices, tailoring the project management methodology to fit different scenarios.
- •Track and manage project dependencies, risks, and blockers, establishing robust contingency plans.
- •Support senior stakeholder engagement and provide regular, data-driven progress reporting.
- •Requirements Proven experience delivering and leading cross-functional projects based on company priorities to tight deadlines.
- •Comfort throughout all aspects of the project lifecycle, including the effective management of artifacts and tracking tools.
- •Strong understanding of various project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, with the ability to implement the right approach for the scenario.
- •Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience in senior stakeholder engagement.
- •Ability to understand complex systems in order to anticipate, surface, and mitigate emerging issues ahead of time.
