- •As a Solution Engineer Associate, you'll work at the intersection of Sales, Prospects, Product, and Community.
- •Key Responsibilities Assist in technical discovery calls with prospects Support senior engineers in designing and running Proof of Concepts (POCs) Build, refine, and deliver demo environments and example workflows Take ownership of smaller POCs and mid-market opportunities Learn how to position Kestra Enterprise against legacy solutions Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience 1-3 years in a customer-facing or highly collaborative technical role Strong written English and verbal communication skills Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences Comfortable working remotely with a distributed team
