- •Kaseya is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead high-impact, cross-platform technical programs.
- •This role will drive execution rigor, dependency management, and delivery predictability across complex initiatives.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and drive end-to-end execution of large, cross-functional technical programs impacting multiple Kaseya products and platforms.
- •Translate company-level priorities into clear program plans, milestones, success metrics, and delivery commitments.
- •Actively manage scope, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs across engineering, product, security, infrastructure, and operations teams.
- •Ensure programs are delivered with high quality, security, and reliability standards.
- •Requirements 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or equivalent roles in SaaS or cloud-based software environments.
- •Strong technical foundation with the ability to engage deeply in architecture, APIs, data, and cloud-native systems.
- •Proven experience leading multi-team, multi-product programs with significant technical and organizational complexity.
- •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
- •Demonstrated ability to influence without authority in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
