- •The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for the full cycle of recruitment, from understanding requirements to pre-boarding new employees.
- •This temporary full-time role requires on-site work in Downtown Vancouver.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and facilitating interviews.
- •Build and maintain talent pipelines and provide data-driven insights.
- •Support HR projects and manage Talent Acquisition-related initiatives.
- •Contribute to employer branding efforts.
- •Requirements 1+ year of Talent Acquisition or People coordination experience.
- •Experience in full-cycle recruitment is preferred.
- •Proficiency in working with an ATS, preferably Lever.
- •Strong organizational and time management skills.
- •Service-oriented with a creative and persistent mindset.
