- •Justworks is seeking a Team Lead for Insurance Benefits to support customer requests and ensure team productivity.

- •Requirements 5 years of experience in an operations role.

- •Experience with Jira and Confluence or similar software.
- •Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- •Detail-oriented with great time management skills.
