- •Justworks is seeking a Senior Manager of Analytics Engineering to lead their analytics engineering team.
- •This role will set technical direction, develop the team, and partner with other data leaders to ensure the data foundation scales with the business.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable data models and ELT pipelines.
- •Define the analytics engineering data strategy and roadmap.
- •Lead and develop a team of analytics engineers, fostering their professional growth.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into executable projects.
- •Requirements 10+ years of experience in a data role with hands-on experience designing and building scalable data models and ETL/ELT pipelines. 4+ years in people management with a proven track record of developing and managing high-performing teams.
- •Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- •Deep expertise in data warehouse architecture, dimensional modeling, and semantic modeling.
- •Demonstrated experience with a modern data stack, preferably Snowflake, Airflow, and dbt.
