- •Justworks is seeking a strategic and innovative Lead, Organizational Design & Talent Management to shape how the organization evolves with changing work and technology.
- •This role will lead the evolution of organizational design, talent management, and performance management practices, transitioning to dynamic, capability-based organizations that combine human judgment with AI-enabled execution.
- •Key Responsibilities Design future-state organizations integrating AI-enabled workflows and human-AI collaboration.
- •Lead organizational design initiatives aligning business strategy, operating models, talent, and workforce capabilities.
- •Own enterprise Organizational & Talent Reviews (OTRs) and drive talent segmentation and succession planning.
- •Evolve career growth through a skills

- •Continuously evolve performance management practices for changing business needs and AI-enabled work.
- •Requirements 7+ years of experience in organizational development, organizational design, talent management, or related disciplines.
- •Experience operating in high-growth, technology, or rapidly evolving business environments.
- •Strong understanding of how AI, automation, and emerging technologies are reshaping workforce design and talent practices.
- •Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change.
- •Commitment to fostering inclusive talent systems and integrating DEIB principles.
