- •Journey Clinical is hiring an NP/PA to conduct psychiatric intake evaluations and provide in-person monitoring for Spravato® (esketamine nasal spray) sessions.

- •Key Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric intake evaluations and screening to determine Spravato eligibility.
- •Provide on-site clinical support during Spravato® dosing sessions and monitor patients.
- •Complete required documentation accurately and coordinate with operations and partner sites.
- •Support a calm, safe environment for small cohorts (typically 3–4 patients per session block).
- •Requirements Active NP or PA license and current, unrestricted DEA registration.
- •Willingness to register/associate DEA registration to partner site addresses as needed.
- •Comfort with outpatient monitoring and responding to clinical changes.
- •Strong documentation skills and reliability with protocols.
