Manage studio performance by coaching teams and implementing operational improvements.
- •JETSET Pilates Franchising is seeking a Studio Performance Manager to provide temporary, on-site operational leadership for their studios.
- •This role partners with franchise owners and General Managers to identify opportunities, implement best practices, and strengthen overall studio performance.
- •Key Responsibilities Evaluate studio performance through observation and KPI analysis.
- •Execute performance improvement plans focused on revenue growth, utilization, and retention.
- •Coach General Managers and studio teams on hospitality, sales, and operational execution.
- •Teach classes as needed to support staffing and demonstrate best practices.
- •Complete comprehensive Studio Performance Reports and develop action plans.
- •Requirements 2+ years of General Manager, multi-unit, or field operations leadership experience.
- •Proven ability to coach leaders and improve business performance.
- •Strong understanding of sales, operations, and membership-based businesses.
- •Certified JETSET Instructor or willingness to become certified.
- •Ability to travel approximately 85% of the time.
