- •The Construction Manager will oversee JETSET's brand standards across all franchise buildouts and construction initiatives.
- •Key Responsibilities Review and approve construction documents and drawings to ensure alignment with JETSET design and brand standards.
- •Monitor construction progress by attending OAC calls, reviewing construction progress photos, schedules, and milestone reports and visiting active job sites during buildouts.
- •Maintain clear communication between construction project stakeholders and internal teams, including real estate, operations, training and marketing.
- •Provide any feedback or lessons learned that can be incorporated to the Design & Construction Manual.
- •Collaborate with architects and design consultants to apply brand updates across evolving franchise needs and new design solutions.
- •Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Design, or a related field. 5+ years of experience managing construction review processes in a franchise or multi-unit retail/hospitality setting.
- •Working knowledge of construction processes, permitting workflows, and buildout timelines and CAD.
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- •Available to travel to active and prospective construction sites.
