About the role
TL;DR
Manage a team driving platform adoption for enterprise clients.
- •The Manager, Adoption Strategy leads a team of Adoption Strategists responsible for driving platform adoption across a portfolio of enterprise client accounts.
- •This role is technically credible and occasionally hands-on with the most strategic accounts, but primarily accountable for team output, hiring, coaching, and the consistency of the delivery methodology across the team's book of business.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage, coach, and develop a team of Adoption Strategists, setting individual goals and conducting regular performance reviews Establish and refine team-level playbooks, engagement methodologies, and best practices for client discovery, rollout, and change management Own team-level delivery metrics: win rate, adoption outcomes, services revenue, time to value, renewal/expansion contribution, and engagement quality across the portfolio Own hiring, onboarding, and headcount planning for the team as client demand scales Requirements 6–9 years of experience in AI/technical consulting, solutions architecture, or customer success, including 1–3 years of direct people management Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise AI platform (Salesforce Agentforce, Moveworks, Copilot, or similar) Strong executive-facing communication skills for high-stakes client and internal escalations
