About the role
TL;DR
Lead complex AI deployments for enterprise clients, ensuring successful implementation and customer value realization.
- •Lead end-to-end deployment programs for Intercom's largest and most complex customers, ensuring successful and timely implementation of Intercom and its AI agent, Fin.
- •Act as a trusted advisor to guide customers on achieving value quickly and at scale with AI.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead complex customer deployments, combining project management with technical configuration.
- •Define project scope, success criteria, and timelines aligned with customer goals.
- •Manage customer communication, alignment, and expectations throughout implementation.
- •Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams.
- •Facilitate discovery sessions and translate requirements into actionable plans.
- •Requirements 6+ years in customer-facing implementation, deployment, or professional services roles (SaaS/AI preferred).
- •Proven success managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- •Strong technical aptitude for configuring software platforms and discussing integrations.
- •Excellent project management skills with a structured, proactive approach.
- •Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
