- •Join InstaLILY AI as a Software Engineer I, General to develop our AI platform and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop InstaLILY’s AI platform and drive technical excellence throughout the organization Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and capabilities Partner with the Growth team during customer deployments: understand workflows, defend architectural decisions, and iterate on feedback Raise quality and reliability through comprehensive testing and CI/CD practices Collaborate with the product and design teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs Requirements Bachelor’s in CS, engineering, math, physics, or related: demonstrated ability matters more than credential 0–1 years as a software engineer (strong candidates have shipped something with real users) Strong fluency in at least one backend language (Python, TypeScript, or similar) and a modern web stack AI-serious: you’ve built something with LLMs (a RAG system, an agent, a fine-tuned model, a real integration) Strong communication: you can explain what you built and why you built it that way to non-technical audiences Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking In-office availability: 5 days/week in our New York or San Francisco office for your first 6 months, then 4 days/week in person with 1 day remote.
