- •Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Director of Product Innovation to define the future of their product offerings, from cookies and desserts to beverages and new categories.
- •This role involves hands-on work to build and manage the entire innovation pipeline from concept to launch.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and build the stage-gate process for product innovation from scratch.
- •Develop and execute the multi-year innovation roadmap across various product categories and partnerships.
- •Lead hands-on execution, working directly with culinary, operations, and external partners.
- •Manage the product innovation budget and P&L, ensuring ROI and commercial performance.
- •Requirements 10+ years of product innovation, culinary, or product development leadership experience, ideally in food/beverage.
- •Direct experience building an innovation process from the ground up.
- •Proven track record of leading teams and owning a P&L.
- •Comfortable with a hands-on, "get in the weeds" approach.
- •Deep expertise in concept development, food science, and scaled production.
