- •Great Question is seeking an experienced Head of Product to own product and design end-to-end, leading a small, senior team and partnering closely with founders and engineering.
- •This role requires a hands-on operator who can bring structure to chaos and make tough decisions.
- •Key Responsibilities Define product strategy and make clear "no" decisions to distill customer demands into coherent bets.
- •Ensure predictable, quality delivery of products, shipping committed features on time and at high quality.
- •Build an AI-native product and team, leveraging AI for efficiency and innovation.
- •Coach and lead a team of two PMs and a design lead, raising the craft bar and fostering strategic design partnership.
- •Own crisp decision rights and maintain a strong partnership with founders and engineering teams.
- •Requirements Proven experience leading product end-to-end, comfortable with customer calls and technical details.
- •Strong bias to action, prioritizing finishing and shipping at pace without sacrificing quality.
- •Genuine AI-native mindset, understanding where AI creates leverage and where it adds noise.
- •Ability to think in structured bets, make decisions, and defend ground with "strong opinions, weakly held." Technical enough to be dangerous, able to read code, wire tooling, and hold credible technical discussions.
