- •Key Responsibilities Own and grow strategic client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
- •Partner with the Campaigns team to ensure seamless and successful campaign delivery.
- •Proactively identify at-risk accounts and build recovery plans.
- •Drive account growth through upsells and expanded partnerships.
- •Prospect and build relationships with new strategic partners.
- •Requirements 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, Partnerships, Business Development, or Influencer Marketing. 3+ years managing influencer or creator campaigns end-to-end.
- •Proven experience growing existing accounts and generating new business.
- •Strong understanding of influencer marketing and client management.
- •Fluent in English and Spanish.
