About the role
TL;DR
Provides tactical implementation support and configuration expertise for client onboarding.
- •This is a 4-5 month contract opening for an Implementation Specialist.
- •The role provides tactical implementation support and configuration expertise to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing operational excellence.
- •Key Responsibilities Monitor and respond to tickets within established SLA timeframes.
- •Perform system configurations and execute configuration changes based on specifications.
- •Open and track JIRA tickets for cross-functional issue resolution.
- •Conduct quality assurance reviews and perform pre-launch testing activities.
- •Support technical integrations and data setup activities.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience in SAAS client support or technical implementation. 2+ years hands-on experience with system configuration and client ticketing systems.
- •High School Diploma required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- •Experience in healthcare and/or employee benefits administration is preferred.
- •Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn proprietary systems quickly.
