- •As our Finance Manager
- •FP&A & Business Partnering, you will be at the heart of how Inato understands and steers its business.
- •You will work closely with our VP Finance & People, a hands-on FP&A leader who will invest in your development and give you real ownership as you grow into the role.
- •Key Responsibilities Contribute to internal financial reporting, including monthly management packs and performance updates for the leadership team Support the preparation of board-level financial materials: clear, accurate, and decision-ready Contribute to the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts Build and maintain financial models to support strategic and operational decision-making Track performance against plan and flag risks and opportunities Requirements 4-6 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or management consulting Solid financial modeling skills: you are comfortable building and working with structured models Strong analytical skills and strong communication: you turn data into clear narratives, and you can explain difficult concepts in plain terms to any audience, in writing or in conversation A high bar for accuracy: you know the devil is in the details, and you have a talent for catching errors before they matter Hungry to learn: you ask good questions, seek feedback, and want to grow quickly
